Bulletproof Kitchen is committed to making its digital culinary publication accessible to as many home chefs and culinary enthusiasts as possible, including users with disabilities. We are continuously improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to help ensure our Website is usable by the widest possible audience.
2. Conformance Goals
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA conformance level across the public areas of our Website, including recipe specifications, formulation pages, pricing, legal pages and account management. WCAG is a set of guidelines developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance to these guidelines helps make the web more usable for everyone.
Because our content is technical and data-dense, we treat readability and structured navigation as a core accessibility requirement, not an optional enhancement. Pages are built with semantic headings, landmark regions and descriptive link text so that assistive technologies can orient users. Form fields are labelled, and interactive controls expose appropriate roles and states. We aim to keep navigation predictable and consistent across the publication.
6. Limitations & Ongoing Work
Accessibility is an ongoing process. While we work to meet our conformance goals, some third-party content (such as embedded payment interfaces or media players) may be outside our direct control, and legacy pages may not yet fully reflect the latest improvements. We prioritise reported barriers and review the Website regularly as part of our publishing workflow.
