Annual plan — 120 credits are issued immediately upfront when you join for the year. No recurring 14-day cycles or drips apply. Unspent credits roll over until the end of the annual term.

Your balance is preserved, not deleted. While the subscription is inactive (cancelled, past due or unpaid) you cannot spend credits, but the exact balance is restored the moment billing resumes. Everything you already unlocked stays permanently readable.
What does one credit actually buy?+
One credit permanently unlocks any single specification in the master archive — your choice, in any order. Once unlocked, that record stays open to you for life, with no further credit cost on re-reads or updates.
What if I run out before the next 14-day refresh?+
Buy a top-up pack at a lower unit rate. Pack credits are credited instantly, merge into the same balance, and follow the same no-expiry rule while your membership is active.

03Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellation is self-service from your account dashboard. Your authorisation remains live until the end of the paid period — no clawback, no retention call, no penalty.
04What happens to my logged telemetry if I cancel?
Your kitchen trials, calibration data, and deviation records are retained against your account. Reactivating restores access to your full logging history and any recipes you had already unlocked with credits.
05Is there a way to evaluate before subscribing?
Yes — claim 1 free starter credit above with just your email. It deposits straight into your balance ledger and unlocks any single spec in the vault, with no payment details required.
06Which payment methods are accepted, and how do I get an invoice?
Card payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted checkout. Payment method details and downloadable invoice history are available in the account dashboard under Payment Method & Invoices.
07How do I change the card on file or update billing details?
Open your account dashboard and use the payment method panel. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle; existing access is unaffected.
08Something is wrong with my access or billing — how fast is support?
Raise it via the support channel below. Billing and access faults are triaged first, typically within one working day. Include your account email and, where relevant, the batch or document reference.
09What are the credit top-up packs and how do I buy them?
