MOD.04 · Syndicated technical intake

[ R&D Syndicates & Intake ]

Module 04 decides what the facility builds next. A brief enters the queue as a technical intake — target product, constraint set, the parameter that currently fails — and other operators pool development weight behind it. Briefs that accumulate enough backing are promoted to planned, then to active production, and ship as a full master specification into the vault.
