Everything required to stream live gravimetric data from a wireless kitchen scale straight into a specification: the pairing sequence, the verified open-protocol device index, and a live browser test you can run on this page before you commit to a build.
This browser does not expose Web Bluetooth. Open this page in Chrome or Edge (Android, Windows, macOS, ChromeOS) or in Bluefy on iPhone/iPad, then run the test again.
[ PAIRING SEQUENCE ]
- 01Use a Web-Bluetooth browser
Chrome or Edge on Android, Windows, macOS or ChromeOS. On iPhone and iPad, Safari does not expose Bluetooth to websites — use the Bluefy browser instead.
- 02Serve the page over HTTPS
Browsers only hand a scale to a secure origin. bulletproofkitchen.fit is served over HTTPS, so nothing extra is required.
- 03Wake the scale and keep it awake
Power the scale on, tare it, and leave it on the bench within a metre of the phone. Close the manufacturer's own app first — it holds an exclusive Bluetooth lock.
- 04Pair from the browser chooser
Press Connect scale. The browser opens its own device chooser; pick the scale by name. Bulletproof Kitchen never sees your Bluetooth list until you choose a device.
- 05Confirm the live stream
Place a known weight on the platter. The reading below should track it within the scale's own resolution. If the number moves, gravimetric streaming into Execution Mode will work.
- 06Save it as your default bench scale
Members can run the full pairing wizard, which reads the Bluetooth characteristic UUID and stores the scale as the default for that device.
