BILLING, SUBSCRIPTION & REFUND POLICY

1. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal

Billing Cycle: Memberships for Bulletproof Kitchen operate on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually) and automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Payment Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize us to store your payment details and charge your chosen payment method automatically for each billing cycle.

2. Subscription Credits

Tier Allocations: Active subscriptions grant access to platform features and digital culinary publication content based on your active credit tier.

Credit Usage: Credits reset or accrue according to your specific plan parameters. Unused credits do not hold cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the platform.

3. Cancellation Terms

How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account billing console.

Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your membership benefits and remaining credits through the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will occur.

4. Refund Policy

Digital Content Nature: Due to the instant-access digital nature of our publications, culinary formulations, and platform resources, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once processed.

Exceptions & Discretionary Reviews: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis through our administrative review process. If a refund is approved, active subscription access and associated credits will be adjusted or revoked accordingly.
